1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.

Content creation and improvement – Create content tenders for new ASINs and follow up with the content team to have the products live on the website. Improve the content for top viewed products, high DOC products and items not sold in the last 90 days with the help of VMs
Operational issues – Work with FC, Content team, In-stock manager (ISMs) and Vendor Manager(VMs )to receive the problematic products in FC due to description or cost mismatch. Coordinate with the VM, vendor and FC in case there are products to be returned to the vendor.
Resolve Vendor’s Payment Issues – Work with Vendors, VMs and finance team to sort any payment dispute or unpaid invoices to the vendor upon VM/CL request.
Promotions– Create promotions in the form of coupons/bundles/deals based on Vendor manager request.
Replenishment Products– Work with the ISMs to make sure we don’t run out of stock for top selling items
Merchandising: Work with merchandisers to arrange deals to improve overall conversion
Sales/conversion and other performance tracking – Check for sales, traffic, conversion and performance of other category health metrics on a continuous basis and work with the VMs to take corrective actions where required
Tier 2 Vendors Management– Work with tier 2 vendors and pitch to them to get them on-boarded on the platform
Category Reports: Extract data from the system and share them with the VM in a readable format
Tools & Process Improvements: Think about ways to improve existing processes and tools usability and come up with innovative ways to improve efficiencies
